For over 50 years, people have come to Caswell to work for the summer. They live with up to 7 other people in a small room, they deal with almost 10,000 people who may be demanding and unappreciative of what the staff are doing for them and their pay is meager. But nevertheless, the staff comes away with an experience that they will never forget.
