North Carolina Baptist Assembly at Fort Caswell
Summer Youth Camp Information

The North Carolina Baptist Assembly accepts written reservation requests for summer conferences only on or after January 1. Requests postmarked prior to January 1 will not be accepted. Fax or e-mail requests will not be accepted. Use the form which is located at the bottom of the page. Please do not send deposits with initial requests. Requests with deposits are not given preferential treatment.

The reservations office will notify groups within three to four weeks after receiving request forms. To confirm your reservation you must send a deposit of 50% of the total bill. Summer deposits must be mailed to the reservations office by April 1st to avoid loss of space. Telephone requests for any remaining space in summer conferences will be accepted after February 1.

Out-of-state groups and groups from other denominations are welcome to attend summer conference weeks as space is available. Applications may be submitted after March 1.

Cancellations or Changes

Cancellations or changes for summer conferences must be postmarked by April 1 in order to receive a refund. After this date, all deposits will be forfeited. All cancellations or reductions must be made in writing and cannot be accepted by telephone. All credits are computed at check-in and will be mailed within 30 days following cancellation date.

The reservations department checks in summer guests between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. on Mondays and is not available to receive telephone calls during that time.
